THE LECHON TASTE GOOD BUT IT'S NOT THE TRUE CEBUANO LECHON... THE INGREDIENTS ARE NOT ON THE LECHON AT ALL IT'S PLAIN.... THE PANCIT IS SALTY

Seems like meat was recycled. Hard and burnt skin. This Hayward branch has to reexamine the quality of their cooking. The Suisun branch is far better and bisaya style lechon.

This place is just as good as the original. Glad we tried it despite of other negative reviews. We will definitely be back!

You don’t go to a steak restaurant to have the fish. All the dishes are okay in my opinion. The lechon is the star of the whole show period.

I ordered takeout from Bai Cebu Lechon, and it was fantastic. The lechon was super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside--really well done. Unlike Dabarkadz down the street, Bai Cebu Lechon's meat was fully cooked but still moist, not dry at all, and no food poisoning issues. The crispy skin stayed crispy even after I got home. If you're looking for great lechon to go, this is definitely the spot. My wife and family will be ordering here going forward.

We were so excited to finally see that this branch has opened as we are big fans of the Suisun restaurant and make the long drive from Oakland to there at least every month! We were however disappointed with the lechon in Hayward, more because it did not seem freshly cooked. The meat was no longer hot and juicy while being chopped. The taste was still the same and the skin was crunchy. However, the enjoyment of eating a freshly cooked meal was something we really missed. The lady at the counter said that the lechon was cooked in house, if that is the case, I suggest they keep it hot and don’t bring it out until ready to serve.

Went here last Sunday with my mom as she was craving some lechon! I discovered this from a friend he recommended it to me. My mom is from Cebu, so she knows what real cebu lechon should taste like and this place did not disappoint her. We got the lechon, dinuguan and longanissa. I also bought Mongo hopia and Ube Hopia (i was craving it soooo bad and it was a surprise that they have it here too). The lechon was $21.99/lb -- we asked for 1lb only but they ended up cutting about 1.5lb which was fine. The lechon was good, fatty and oily, but the skin was CRUNCHY! It's literally only the skin that I eat the most, but the meat itself was also good, it would be like a 4/5 lechon, its not the best best but it's better than the other lechon that I've tried around my area. The lechon sauce was ehh, wasn't anything special to it, kinda expected that it would be really good but it's taste just like Mang Tomas. The dinuguan was delicious, my mom really enjoyed it, as she said this is how the cebu style dinuguan is. Which is like, the meat is finely chopped and not like squares like the regular dinuguan? (hope that made sense lol). The longanissa is superb too, it was sweet, perfectly cooked and it paired perfectly with the vinegar sauce they give. They gave us 2 lechon sauces initially but we were able to ask for extra sauce with no issue! Customer service was really good, they were all very friendly and nice! The restaurant was very clean! Would come back again when I crave for lechon!
